Getting Started
First login and dashboard orientation
Understand account-level areas, guided Website Setup, and website-specific management.

View step-by-step guide
Sign in to your WebTools account.
If you do not have a website yet, open Website Setup to choose your goal, website name, WebTools URL, and starter theme. WebTools does not silently create a website.
Use Websites to choose or manage sites you already created.
Use Billing, Referrals, Knowledge Base, Support, and Account for account-level tasks.
After choosing a website, use its website management sections for content, tools, analytics, domains, members, and settings.
Use the guided Website Setup flow to create an editable starter website only after you confirm the details.

View step-by-step guide
Open Website Setup from the customer dashboard.
Choose what you want to build: Online Tools, Content/Blog, Lead Generation, Monetized Website, or Just Exploring. This personalizes recommendations but does not lock the site to one purpose.
Enter the Website / brand name and confirm the suggested WebTools website URL.
Choose one of the recommended starter themes.
Review the setup notice, then click Create My Starter Website. WebTools provisions the site only after this explicit confirmation. While a setup action is being saved, its button shows a working state and ignores repeat submissions so one slow click cannot create the same action twice.
After creation, Website Setup highlights the first incomplete checklist item under Recommended next step. Use Continue setup to open that task, or use Manage Website to customize branding, pages, navigation, content, tools, monetization, and other features included in your package.
Understand the optional two-email setup series, who can receive it, and how to stop it without affecting essential account or Support messages.
Tenant owner
View step-by-step guide
The signup checkbox for optional WebTools setup guides is unchecked by default. You receive this series only if you actively select it while creating the account and the optional email feature is available.
The series contains no more than two setup emails. The first becomes eligible only after the account has been active long enough for the initial setup reminder, and the second is a later follow-up rather than an immediate duplicate.
Only an active customer account with a verified email address and no active WebTools subscription remains eligible. If you subscribe before a queued optional message is delivered, WebTools suppresses that optional message.
Every optional setup email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing prevents future optional marketing/setup messages for that email address.
Unsubscribing from optional setup emails does not disable essential transactional or service messages such as verification, password recovery, billing status, or Support updates when those messages are otherwise applicable.
Historical accounts are not automatically enrolled. If you never selected the optional signup checkbox, the setup-email series is not started for your account.
A practical checklist for reviewing a newly created or existing tenant website before sharing it publicly.

Confirm the website name and managed WebTools URL.
Apply Branding and review Pages and Navigation.
Enable the tools and content intended for visitors.
Review registration, analytics, advertising, packages, domains, and other settings included in your plan.
Open the live website and test desktop/mobile behavior plus any signup, contact, offer, or payment flows you plan to use.
If you are using Website Setup, follow the Recommended next step card until the checklist is complete. Mark the homepage review with I reviewed my website, then choose Finish launch checklist. These actions show a temporary working state while being saved and ignore duplicate clicks. The website remains editable after onboarding is completed.
Apply an eligible promotional voucher to a WebTools subscription, upgrade, renewal, or plan switch.
Tenant owner
View step-by-step guide
Open Billing & Subscription and choose the package or subscription action you want.
In the checkout dialog, enter the voucher code exactly as provided; voucher codes are not case-sensitive.
Choose the billing period and payment method, then continue. WebTools validates package, account, date, usage, billing-cycle, and promotion rules on the server.
If the voucher is eligible, the validated discount is included in the final amount sent to PayPal or Guided Manual Payment.
Some vouchers cannot be combined with WebTools referral discounts or reward balance. In that case, the voucher takes priority rather than stacking promotional benefits.
Review Payment History after checkout to see any applied voucher separately from referral rewards.
RSS source rights, article length, and fallback behavior
Understand what Advanced Blog Automation can safely reuse and why some generated articles are shorter than 500 words.
Tenant ownerTenant staff
View step-by-step guide
Prefer built-in or tenant-approved sources and review source permissions.
Full third-party text/images should be reused only when the source feed and your rights permit it.
The automation prefers permitted long-form source material and can look for 500+ word articles when available.
If sufficient permitted full content is unavailable, WebTools can use a safe excerpt/shorter-source or original fallback instead of fabricating padding.
Review attribution/source information before publishing sensitive or high-value content.
Compare periods and investigate deeper traffic, audience, content, acquisition, and advertising patterns.
Tenant ownerTenant staff
View step-by-step guide
Open Advanced Analytics when included in the plan.
Choose a current date range; comparison metrics use the corresponding previous period.
Review returning visitors, engagement, acquisition, peak times, content performance, search-term data when referrers provide it, and advertisement performance when available.
Use recommendations as directional signals, not guaranteed explanations of cause.
Tenant payment settings: Guided Manual Payment and PayPal
Configure how website customers pay for packages, credits, and supported monetization offers.
Tenant ownerTenant staff
View step-by-step guide
Open Revenue → Monetization → Payments for the selected website.
If Guided Manual Payments are available for the website, add reusable bank-transfer, e-wallet, cash-deposit, or other methods with recipient/account details, customer instructions, optional QR, payment deadline, proof requirement, and Active status.
Test checkout and confirm the customer sees the exact amount, unique order reference, receiving details, deadline, and Submit Payment for Verification action.
Submitted requests appear under Manual Payments Awaiting Review. Treat uploaded proof as supporting evidence only and independently confirm that the funds reached your receiving account before approval.
Approve to let WebTools fulfill the underlying purchase, Request info when clarification is needed, or Reject when the transfer cannot be verified. Submitted requests do not expire merely because review takes time.
For PayPal, keep Sandbox and Live credentials separate and use Save & Test Selected Environment before accepting real payments.
If Guided Manual Payments are not available, the platform master switch or your active package may not allow the feature; existing payment history remains preserved.
Never place payment passwords, API secrets, or private credentials in support tickets or public content.
Use the focused Monetization workspaces as one connected revenue workflow instead of treating each feature as a separate system.

Open Revenue → Monetization → Overview for the selected website.
Review setup progress, payment readiness, offer/revenue summaries, advertising activity, leads, and the shortcuts shown for features included in your package.
Create customer-facing offers in Offers & Store, configure member packages in Packages & Pricing, and configure collection methods in Payments.
Use Advertisements for tenant-owned ad inventory and Leads & Sponsors for lead-generation, sponsorship, paid-report, and self-service advertising operations when those methods are available.
Use Transactions to review website earning activity separately from your WebTools account Billing & Subscription.
Use Affiliates & Referrals/Referrals when available for website-specific earning/referral programs, and keep WebTools Referrals separate because that is the account-level platform program.
Know where each website-revenue task belongs after the Monetization navigation reorganization.

Open the selected website dashboard and expand Revenue → Monetization.
Use Overview for setup progress and high-level earning/payment/activity summaries.
Use Offers & Store to create and publish monetization offers; Packages & Pricing for member packages/credits; Advertisements for tenant ad inventory; and Payments for PayPal or Guided Manual Payment setup.
Use Transactions for purchase/earning history and Leads & Sponsors for lead, paid-report, sponsorship, and advertiser operations when enabled.
Use Affiliates & Referrals/Referrals for website-specific referral/affiliate features when available.
Keep Account → Billing & Subscription separate because it controls what you pay WebTools, not what your website customers pay you.
Manage the earning offers customers see and verify the public Store experience before promotion.
Tenant ownerTenant staff

Open Revenue → Monetization → Offers & Store.
Choose Create offer and select an earning method available to your package, such as paid tool unlock, digital product, tip/support, affiliate offer, lead generation, paid report/result, sponsorship, or self-service advertising.
Complete only the fields required for that offer type, including price or non-payment settings, customer-facing copy, access/duration rules, and any required tool/product/campaign settings.
Publish/activate the offer when ready, then use Open Store to verify the customer experience in a separate tab.
Confirm checkout, entitlement delivery, download/report access, or lead/campaign submission behavior with a safe test before promoting the offer.
Return to Offers & Store to edit or deactivate offers that should no longer be sold.
Use the tenant transaction ledger to review website earning activity without mixing it with WebTools subscription billing.

Open Revenue → Monetization → Transactions.
Filter or review purchases by the transaction information and status shown in the workspace.
Use the offer/member context and amount/currency to identify the purchase being reviewed.
For Guided Manual Payment orders, perform approval/review from Payments only after independently confirming funds; the related entitlement is fulfilled through the normal purchase service after approval.
Use transaction history for operational reconciliation and customer-support context; do not treat it as a substitute for your bank, e-wallet, PayPal, accounting, or tax records.
Follow a safe manual-payment checkout using the exact order amount, reference, receiving instructions, proof upload, and status page provided by WebTools.

Choose Manual Payment at an eligible checkout and select one of the payment methods shown by the website.
Use the exact amount, order reference, receiving/account details, QR/instructions, and deadline shown on the payment page.
Complete the transfer outside WebTools using the selected bank/e-wallet/cash method.
Return to the WebTools payment page, enter the payer/transfer reference when available, add an optional note, and upload proof when required.
Select Submit Payment for Verification and keep the order/status page available until the website owner reviews the payment.
If more information is requested, return to the same payment flow and follow the displayed instructions. Do not submit a second purchase just because review is pending.
Approve manual payments only after independent confirmation so paid entitlements are not granted from screenshots alone.
Tenant ownerTenant staff
View step-by-step guide
Open Revenue → Monetization → Payments and review Manual Payments Awaiting Review.
Match the WebTools order reference, customer, amount/currency, payer reference, and submitted proof to the payment you are checking.
Independently verify the funds in your actual bank, e-wallet, cash-deposit, or receiving account. An uploaded screenshot/PDF is supporting evidence only.
Choose Approve only after funds are confirmed; WebTools then fulfills the underlying purchase through the normal billing/monetization service.
Choose Request info when the customer must clarify or resubmit details, or Reject when the transfer cannot be verified. Add a useful reviewer note when appropriate.
Do not manually grant the same package, credits, tool unlock, download, report, sponsorship, or other entitlement outside the normal approval flow unless a separate authorized correction is required.
Publish a short consent-aware inquiry form and manage opportunities from the Monetization Lead inbox.
Tenant ownerTenant staff
View step-by-step guide
Open Monetization and create a Lead Generation offer.
Keep the form short: name and email are always collected, while phone can stay optional unless you truly need it.
Optionally enter an estimated lead value so Monetization Analytics can show an opportunity pipeline without charging the visitor.
Publish the offer and submit a test request from Store.
Open Lead inbox, move requests through New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Lost, or Archived, and follow up using the details the visitor consented to share.
Share your platform referral link and understand qualifying-payment rewards and redemption options.

Open Referrals from the account dashboard.
Copy your referral link/code and share it appropriately.
Referral attribution and reward eligibility follow the current program rules; a referred signup alone may not be enough if a qualifying payment is required.
Review reward activity and use available rewards in Billing or other currently offered redemption options.
Cash/payout options appear only when the active program mode and your eligibility support them.
Use WebTools Support for problems with your WebTools account or tenant administration—not for ordinary visitor questions to your site.

View step-by-step guide
Sign in and open Support, then choose the applicable account or website context.
Send the issue with enough detail for WebTools to understand the affected feature, what you expected, and what happened instead.
WebTools reviews the latest reply plus conversation context, searches the tenant-safe Knowledge Base, and returns relevant guidance with clickable article links.
After guidance, use Yes, resolved when the issue is fixed or No, I still need help when it is not. A genuine unresolved response can advance the ticket resolution progress.
When deeper checks are available for your package, the ticket can show Continue troubleshooting. When additional review becomes eligible, it can show Escalate to Support.
Resolution progress may show unresolved support rounds. Several consecutive messages sent before a new Support response count as one conversation turn rather than multiple escalation rounds.
If you stop replying, WebTools can send up to the package-configured follow-ups and automatically close the ticket as No Response. A later reply can reopen that same ticket when the package allows automatic reopen.
Understand Support resolution progress and escalation
Learn how unresolved support rounds, troubleshooting, and escalation work without creating duplicate tickets.

View step-by-step guide
Keep replying in the same ticket while you are working on the same problem so the full troubleshooting history remains together.
After a Support response, choose No, I still need help when the suggested guidance did not solve the problem. Add a short description of what still fails when useful.
WebTools records an unresolved support round only when the conversation actually advances after Support guidance; sending several consecutive messages before another Support reply does not multiply the round count.
Your package determines when advanced troubleshooting or additional Support review becomes available. The ticket shows the available next action when the current eligibility rules are met.
Choose Yes, resolved when the problem is fixed. This closes the issue cleanly and stops unnecessary escalation.
Use the Knowledge Base when your subscription is inactive
Core tenant help remains readable even when no active WebTools subscription is assigned.
Tenant ownerTenant staff
View step-by-step guide
Open Knowledge Base from the customer dashboard.
Search guides and FAQs by topic or category.
Core documentation remains available to tenant owners and authorized tenant staff even when a subscription is inactive, expired, cancelled, or temporarily unassigned.
Reading documentation does not unlock package-controlled features. Feature usage, resource limits, and higher Support service levels still follow current package eligibility.
Keep one issue in one thread so guidance, troubleshooting, follow-ups, and support-team replies remain together.
Tenant ownerTenant staff
View step-by-step guide
Open Support and find the existing case.
Read the latest support response before replying.
When WebTools is still preparing a response, a newer tenant reply updates the pending response context so the next answer uses the newest information and resets the inactivity timer.
When the case is Awaiting Customer, the Support response SLA is paused because WebTools is waiting for your reply. A new customer reply moves the case back to Awaiting Support and starts a fresh applicable response target.
If you do not respond, the system follows up at the interval configured for your package and closes after the final unanswered follow-up when auto-close is enabled.
Use “This solved my issue — Close Ticket” when the problem is fixed instead of waiting for the inactivity process.
If a ticket was closed specifically for No Response and your package allows it, reply to reopen the same conversation.
Create a separate case only for a different problem.
